MATARO DA VERGATO
Lives and works in Bologna. Through the digital work the artist is able to rediscover that artisan and manual aspect linked to the intervention on the visual reality. Therefore, as some artists did over the centuries when starting from the Renaissance they imitated reality through painting, so now it is possible to imitate painting starting from the photographic reality through the computer. A new possibility for those who want, like Mataro da Vergato, to paint reality and picture the dream without the harshness of the photographic release and without the romantic sign of the traditional brush. The past and the future are matching to give birth to the present: the digital art.
